How we protect your data
You're trusting us with access to your financial accounts. Here's how we handle that responsibility.
We can only look, never touch
Kevoro is read-only. It can see your balances, transactions, and holdings — but it can never move money, make trades, pay bills, or change anything on your accounts. That's by design, and it's not something that can be turned on later.
We never see your bank password
When you connect an account, you log in through Plaid — the same service used by Venmo, Robinhood, and thousands of other apps. Your bank credentials go directly to Plaid or your bank. We never see them, and we never store them.
How Kevoro uses connected data
Kevoro stores and processes account data to provide your dashboard, refresh connections, and serve authorized API requests. It does not sell your financial data or use it for advertising.
Your data is encrypted
Everything is encrypted — both when it's moving between your browser and our servers (in transit) and when it's stored (at rest). Connection tokens that link to your bank are encrypted with an additional layer of protection.
You're in control
You can disconnect any account at any time. If you delete your Kevoro account, we remove your financial data. We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We only keep what's needed to make the service work for you.
